The Outdoor Gear Swap gives you a chance to sell your camping, fishing, biking, hiking, kayaking and any other sports equipment (children through adult) on consignment OR, purchase gently used gear! Whether you’re looking to make some cash or try out a new sport, the SWAP is just the place. The SWAP is hosted by the Mt. La Crosse Ski Patrol and 20% of your total sale will be donated back to the Mt. La Crosse Ski Patrol Foundation.

Please remember that any ski and snowboard equipment will not be accepted. Please save this equipment for our Ski and Board Swap in November 2024.

Sale:

This is a great chance for you to get good used equipment/accessories for the upcoming season! The sale runs:

Sat, April 27th:
10 am-4 pm

Sun, April 28th
10am - Noon

Forms of payment: cash or credit card

Please note: If paying with a credit card, a 3% service fee will be added to your total purchase.

Equipment Drop-Off:

Bring your equipment to the Green Island Ice Arena:

Thursday, April 25th
6pm - 8pm

Friday, April 26th
10am - 7pm

Saturday, April 27th

8am - 9:30am

NEW THIS YEAR! You can now register your sale items ahead of time!

Please use the link below to register your sale items at home with your computer or phone. You will be asked to create an account and then you can add each sale item with a brief description, category and price. WE WILL PRINT YOUR LABEL AND TAG YOUR ITEMS WHEN YOU DROP OFF YOUR EQUIPMENT.

Equipment Pick-Up:

If your equipment did NOT sell, you must pick up your items at Green Island Ice Arena by 2pm on April 28th or they become property of Mt La Crosse Ski Patrol.

PICK UP TIMES:

Sunday, April 28th Noon to 2pm!

If your items did sell, we will mail you a check within 2-3 weeks from April 28th, 2024.

Proceeds from the SWAP support the Mt La Crosse Ski Patrol, a volunteer organization.
